Purpose
This draft proposes an exploratory framework for understanding health priorities before an outreach programme is designed. It does not present completed research findings.
Proposed approach
Community conversations, stakeholder interviews and service-pathway mapping would be used to identify local priorities, barriers to care and trusted routes for communication.
Intended value
The learning could help EHF and its partners shape future programmes around community context, clearer referral pathways and respectful follow-through.
